If this app would let me I would give 20 stars out of 5. That sounds exaggerated, but I absolutely mean it. The lady that did the work is highly skilled at explaining to children and adults what is going on and lightening the mood to distract from fear and anxiety. My 9 year old daughter got her ears pierced and she couldn’t be happier. I will absolutely go back when my younger daughter decides that she wants her ears pierced too.
