Also: We understand this can be a fun family affair, but something to be mindful of is sometimes children do better with less eyes on them and less distractions. If a family member other than parents/siblings are necessary to be in the room to make the child more comfortable we will never discourage that, but if not necessary we ask the group is kept to parents/siblings. Emily did a wonderful job piercing our 8 month old daughter's ears. She definitely knows how to work with babies. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly. If we have another daughter in the future, we will be going back to get her ears done!
