We had the BEST experience with Emily today! She took as much time with my daughters as was needed to make them feel comfortable. I cannot imagine a more encouraging, kind person to help them with this. One was apprehensive and one was excited, and they both left so thrilled with their experience. Thank you, Emily, for giving them such a positive piercing experience! You're the best (you did a great job with my earrings also - I love them!).

She was just like deep breath in and then POW right through. The quicker the better.

Emily was truly amazing! Took her time talking both my kids through every step and worked at their comfort level and pace. Not to mention the rest of the staff was so nice up front!
